2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of art products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website.

4. General Provisions

4.1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and approved the preliminary information form regarding the basic features, sales price, payment method, and delivery information of the product ordered through www.hayalkoseogluart.com.

4.2. The Buyer accepts that due to the unique nature of art products, each product is a limited edition or original and there may be visual differences (color tones, textures, etc.).

4.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the product subject to the order completely, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with warranty documents if applicable.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product.

5.2. The right of withdrawal is not applicable in the following cases:

• Products produced or personalized specifically for the Buyer
• Products that are broken, damaged, or show signs of use
• Original artworks (returns are not accepted)

5.3. If the Buyer wishes to use the right of withdrawal, a written notification should be sent to [email protected].

6. Delivery

Products will be shipped via the contracted cargo company within 7 business days at the latest after the order is confirmed. The shipping process will be notified to the Buyer via email.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising between the parties, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts will have jurisdiction.

8. Enforcement

This agreement comes into effect upon the electronic approval of the Buyer.
